The weather has been great this last week, and I had the opportunity to photograph this nice 3,200 square foot home vacation rental in Smithville, TN – just an hour or so away from Murfreesboro. Perched atop a boat dock on the Center Hill Lake, this two story home had two amazing screen decks, huge rooms, and lots of neat views of the water. This home really is a hidden jewel – the community was tucked away and the homes out here were beautiful. With the steep cliffs, trees, and wildlife all right off of the water, it almost had a California central coast feel to it – right here in Middle Tennessee! While this home wasn’t for sale per se, it’s always a great opportunity to photograph beautiful real estate in areas I didn’t even know existed.
